Shipping to Portugal
Orders shipped to Portugal are delivered via Batch.
Shipping to Europe
Orders to European Union member countries are also shipped via Batch.
Rest of the World
At the moment, orders outside the EU are processed by contacting hey@saratarita.com.
Notice
For any questions regarding shipping, damaged orders, or other inquiries, please contact hey@saratarita.com.
If an order:
/ cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or
/ is not collected at the pickup point within 5 business days,
- the order will be returned to the studio, and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
