Refund policy

We do not accept exchanges or returns of any item, except if there is an error in the shipment that is our responsibility.

We make exchanges if there is a shipping error up to 15 days after the purchase has been made. Please reach out to hey@saratarita.com with the information and images of the wrong/damaged article.
